We want you our customer to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes you need to return an item for size, damage or it just doesn't work for your pet and that is not a problem...we understand and want to help. 

Need to exchange for a different size

  1. You only need to return the item you need exchanged. No need to include Rights booklet or tag if these were included in your package.
  2. Please include a copy of your packing slip or receipt so we know who you are and where to send the new product.
  3. Please include on receipt what new size and color you need or what change you may need.
  4. Most items are under 1 lb  can be shipped regular postage at USPS. This is the most economical way to ship.

Need to return your item for refund

  1.  Return the items purchased or if partial return the part you want a refund on.
  2.  Please include a copy of your packing slip or receipt so we know who you are and who to refund. We will initiate the refund promptly. Please allow a few days for your payment to be processed. It may take several days for your refund to show up on your account.
